Crops We Grow at Earthkeeper Farm

Vegetables: Baby Salad Greens, Green Beans, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Chard, Collards, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic Scapes, Garlic, Green Garlic, Kale, Kohlrabi, Head Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Dill, Cilantro, Peas, Green Peppers, Sweet Peppers, Hot Peppers, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Radishes, Scallions, Spinach, Summer Squash, Winter Squash, Tomatillos, Red Tomatoes, Heirloom Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Watermelon, and Zucchini 

Fruits: Elderberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and some years we have apples. 

Other Crops:  Vegetable plants in the spring and early summer, wheatgrass, and pea shoots. 

Grains: Bess soft red winter wheat, Heirloom Red Fife hard red winter wheat. These grains are sold at market as whole wheat berries and can be milled on the spot into flour.
